We are delighted to have successfully completed and handed over the MEP installation for the assisted living scheme at Swallowtail Place, Acle. This new 58 home project involved taking the MEP Design responsibility from a RIBA Stage 3 through to Stages 5 & 6 for the Electrical services.
This consisted of Distribution, Lighting, Small Power, Security, Fire Alarm, Nurse Call and PV. Our Mechanical Services included Domestic Water, Underfloor heating, Fire Sprinkler, Air Conditioning, Sanitary ware, Building Controls and Gas Services.
With our experienced and committed employees completing this installation, and working collaboratively alongside the main contractor R G Carter, Sonata Security and other trades, it proved that the project was a privilege to be involved in and demonstrates our ability as an MEP to understand our clients brief and expectations to deliver a quality installation to be proud of on time.
