We are delighted to have secured a position on Lots 4 & 5 of the Suffolk Construction and Building Services Framework, which is managed by Concertus Design and Property Consultants Limited on behalf of Suffolk County Council.
The Frameworks has been adapted to suit JCT and NEC forms of contract along with Single and Two stage procurement routes for traditional and design and build projects. Lots 4 projects up from £150k – £1.5m and Lot 5 up to £250k.
The introduction of these Lots provide a mechanism for procuring de-carbonisation works to support SCC’s vision to become Net Zero by 2030 and deliver other M&E-based work, including EV Charging Points, Solar PV and heating improvements.
