We recently held our annual Safety Event, focusing on Health, Safety and Development for all our staff. The ambition for the day was to promote, discuss and train staff on the importance of health and wellbeing within the workplace, whether working in the office or on site.
Various topics were covered throughout the day included office Yoga, SHE presentations on COSSH, RAMS, Take Twos, Incident reporting, Slips, Trips & Falls and Face Fit Testing. The Plant team from R G Carter provided a demonstration on access equipment, along with talks from other manufacturers and organisations such as Pegler, Pumpsmart and Gipping Occupational Health.
We would like to thank members of the R G Carter Group that helped support the day, including Builders Equipment and Sonata Security. It was an enjoyable and important day which enabled all the team to meet together and continue their commitment to Health and Safety.
