Southfield Veterinary Specialists

After the successful completion of the original project in 2022 Eyre’s were asked to return to Southfield Vets after a fire at the building next door caused extensive damage to approximately a third of the building. There were extensive pre-contract works to get the building to a level of function whilst works commenced.

The challenge of the project was to alter, adapt and re-fit areas to replicate the original installation whilst maintaining necessary service to the functioning side of the vets. Extensive works on the ventilation, DX and electrical power/lighting was undertaken in sequence to allow early handover of sections for client usage.
