Following the successful completion of our original project in 2022, Eyre’s were invited back to Southfields after a neighbouring fire caused significant damage to around a third of the building.
Our team undertook extensive pre-contract works to restore basic functionality while the main refurbishment began. The challenge? To seamlessly replicate the original installation while keeping vital services running for the operational side of the veterinary practice.
Key works included:
– Careful alteration and adaptation of damaged areas
– Sequential electrical, lighting, and DX system upgrades
– Complex ventilation works to support phased handovers
Thanks to precise planning and collaboration, we delivered early access to key areas, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum continuity for the client.
