Incubator 2, Alconbury Weald Offices

Incubator 2 is in the heart of the Alconbury Enterprise Campus, an innovative low carbon, mixed use development located in North Cambridgeshire.

It is housed in a modern building with exposed services to complement the contemporary building design. Eyre Group complete the whole M&E package from design through to commissioning. The construction programme was extremely challenging however with our skilled staff and in-house designers we were able to work collaboratively to overcome the various challenges.

The project included all of the usual Mechanical & Electrical Services with particular attention to a natural ventilation system and sate of the art air conditioning.
