Queens’ College – Old Hall Lighting Upgrade

The Hall was built between 1448 and 1449 as the original college dining room and is now known as Old Hall. For centuries it was used as a venue where members and fellows could go to wine and dine, more recently it has been used as a wedding venue and is described as peaceful, atmospheric and intimate.

Eyre Group have updated the lighting in the hall over recent years to reflect the ever-evolving technological advances, the latest of which included a partial rewire to enable the use of state of the art dimming controls and the latest LED lighting.  As the Hall is Grade 1 listed the routing of cables presented a challenge which was met with relish by our experienced site engineers.
