Plantroom Refurbishment – Willingham P.S

This project involved a complete strip out of the existing school boiler room and installing 2 new wall mounted gas fired boilers, new calorifier and all associated plant & controls, the works took place during the summer shut down and were completed on time for the new term opening. The programme included a complete redecoration of the plantroom walls and floor and a new flue route had to be designed and installed to accommodate the new boiler installation. The project also included re-incorporating the school swimming pool pump and filtration plant. A new plantroom control panel was designed,built and installed for this project to enable the facility to have total control of the heating and hot water for the site.
