R G Carter Chelmsford Office

Plot F in Chelmsford was a new build 2 storey Office built for the ever expanding R G Carter Southern Office. This new build is sited in prestigious area of Chelmsford with good routes of access to the surrounding Essex areas and beyond. This houses 50 personal and gives them a new ergonomic space to work within. The building incorporates 2no kitchenettes/ new break out areas , 2no meeting rooms, 2 no open plan office areas along with all the necessary abolition areas on the ground and first floor areas with a lift and stainless steel staircase linking the two. This project successfully was awarded a Breeam ‘Very Good’ status.
