The Gonville Hotel, Cambridge
This central Cambridge Hotel was originally built by Gonville College in 1830 as a house for one of its senior Fellows, it was converted into a guest house in 1948 and later purchased by a Cambridge builder. In 1972 became what is today known as the Gonville Hotel increasing to 84 bedrooms in 1992.
Eyre Group were employed to install the building services to the newly extended glass fronted elevation which houses the vibrant new Cotto restaurant and a luxury bar. The project also included the refurbishment of 16 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.
